📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

🚚 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Sri Lanka: 5 – 15 business days
International Orders: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💳 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or qualifying orders.

📍 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, whenever tracking is available through the courier service.

🏠 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Blossom & Beyond is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected arrival date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

🌍 International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
